NLP database Glossary of terms continues - Four Tuple (or 4-tuple) A method used to note the structure of any particular experience. The concept of the four tuple maintains that any experience must be composed of some combination of the four primary representational classes A, V, K, O.
Where in this instance A=auditory, V=visual, K=kinaesthetic and O=olfactory/gustatory.
Eliciting the structure of any experience gives you basic information which can help you help your client change the experience in a way that’s more useful to him or her. A-Z of NLP terms Happy New Year resolutions Be happy when ever you have these types of New Year resolution:
Resolutions which you actually implemented in 2004; but haven't yet noticed you've been successful. You can claim these as successes as soon as you notice them
Resolutions which you are totally committed to achieve; you know that whatever happens you will find new ways of achieving them; the harder they become the more pleasure you'll get from achieving them
Resolutions which you quickly give up; you'll now really enjoy the positive intention that stopped you giving them up.
