James Prior of AstraZeneca shows how he is using NLP as a part of building stronger relationships with customers. I appreciate the time James has put into helping us develop this.

David Regler shows how NLP has been an integral part of developing his company. David has also developed a series of seminars on 'cold calling' using telephone conferencing. I thoroughly recommend these to anyone with an interest on the topic. You can find further details from a link on the case study.

Atlantic rowing challenge ----------------------------------------------------------
Peter Freeth is demonstrating another application of NLP in that he's part of the team coaching 'Atlantic 4' in their quest to break the current world record in rowing the atlantic. 'Atlantic 4' are still looking for individual and company sponsorship.

Harry Nichols will be running a 5-Day design human engineering (DHE) in April in London. Well worth checking out.

As mentioned before NLP is an excellent basis for coaching. We're pleased to bring you one 'tip' a month. They or may not be NLP related. This month Peter Freeth gives some great ideas about helping clients deal with big and complex problems.

Glossary of terms - Gustatory ----------------------------------------------------------
For those who up to now may have had had some difficulty in remembering NLP terms I'm including one a month.
Relating to taste or the sense of taste,
One of the (at least?) 5-senses which include visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, gustatory and smell. Gustatory words include sweet, bitter, salty and sour.
Its nearly always worth noticing which sensory words your clients use and including all the senses in you communication - so next time your planning a presentation -add a few taste words and notice if you get a different response.
