the actual hotel may change.

US business practitioner:

Leadership master-class
----------------------------------------------------------

We're holding our leadership master-class on the 16-18th March in Milton Keynes.
The link shows a short video clip of Peter Freeth and I having a short
discussion about the seminar. Please phone for further information.

Leadership video:

AstraZenica case study
----------------------------------------------------------

James Prior of AstraZeneca shows how he is using NLP as a part of building
stronger relationships with customers. I appreciate the time James has put into
helping us develop this.

AstraZenica case study:

Attitude Engineering case study
----------------------------------------------------------

David Regler shows how NLP has been an integral part of developing his company.
David has also developed a series of seminars on 'cold calling' using telephone
conferencing. I thoroughly recommend these to anyone with an interest on the
topic. You can find further details from a link on the case study.

Attitude Engineering case study:

Atlantic rowing challenge
----------------------------------------------------------

Peter Freeth is demonstrating another application of NLP in that he's part of
the team coaching 'Atlantic 4' in their quest to break the current world record
in rowing the atlantic. 'Atlantic 4' are still looking for individual and
company sponsorship.

'Atlantic 4':

Harry Nicols DHE
----------------------------------------------------------

Harry Nichols will be running a 5-Day design human engineering (DHE) in April in
London. Well worth checking out.

Coaching tips - Solving big problems
----------------------------------------------------------

As mentioned before NLP is an excellent basis for coaching. We're pleased to
bring you one 'tip' a month. They or may not be NLP related. This month Peter
Freeth gives some great ideas about helping clients deal with big and complex
problems.

Coaching tip:

Glossary of terms - Gustatory
----------------------------------------------------------

For those who up to now may have had had some difficulty in remembering NLP
terms I'm including one a month.

Relating to taste or the sense of taste,

One of the (at least?) 5-senses which include visual, auditory, kinaesthetic,
gustatory and smell. Gustatory words include sweet, bitter, salty and sour.

Its nearly always worth noticing which sensory words your clients use and
including all the senses in you communication - so next time your planning a
presentation -add a few taste words and notice if you get a different response.

A-Z of NLP terms:
