We're are introducing new skill builder days in London, near Euston station, on
13th July and the 8th November at £199+VAT for each day.
You may be an enthusiastic beginner, an accredited practitioner, or a master
practitioner wanting to hone and build on your current NLP skill set to improve
your results. Or you may want to find additional solutions to a problem or
opportunity that you haven't yet been able to explore sufficiently.
We recommend them for anyone wanting to keep their certification up to date.

The Financial Training Company (which is owned by the Washington Post) is one of
the major professional training companies in the UK and Asia. We're delighted
that Stuart Pedley-Smith, one of their senior managers has agreed a case study
on how he is using NLP in his company.

Essential telephone skills

Most people do not like cold calling - however for many consultants, coaches and
sales people it's the most effective way of increasing their earnings.
David Regler is offering this tele-seminar on essential telephone sales skills.

As mentioned before NLP is an excellent basis for coaching. We're pleased to
bring you one coaching tip a month. They may or may not be NLP related. This
month I give some ideas on promoting a coaching, training or consultancy
business.

Ecademy networking
---------------------
As indicated in the building your business article I believe electronic
networking is going to become an important part of the marketing mix.
In many ways it's early days and not many people know how to use these routes to
market effectively. I'm forcing my own development by becoming a 'licensed
ecademy trainer' and will be offering 1:1 coaching for anyone who wants to
understand this new way of networking.
In the meantime I've just started the PPI Business NLP club in ecademy. Any
members of ecademy are welcome to ask a question or just say hi!

Glossary of terms - Kinesthetic
----------------------------------------------------------
For those who up to now may have had some difficulty in remembering NLP terms
I'm including one a month.
Relating to body sensations. In NLP the term kinesthetic is used to encompass
all kinds of feelings including tactile, visceral and emotional.
Individuals who are strongly kinesthetic will tend to breath more deeply, use
'feeling' words such as foundation, grasp, hold, pressure, touch etc and may
react more slowly to situations (and may react more strongly!). They will tend
to lean forward when sitting and speak more slowly.
You will communicate with them better if you match these elements in some way.
