----------------------------------------------------------
Richard is running a 2-day course in Dublin "30 years of NLP - how to lead a happy life" where he's due to share his insights of NLP over the past 30 years. Sounds good value at £470 for those that book before the 8th April. I've booked

Peter Freeth's review of Robert Dilts and Alpha Leadership
----------------------------------------------------------
Want to know how Robert comes over? Peter Freeth recently went on the Alpha Leadership course. Read his review. Peter is helping us develop our own Leadership masterclass, which will be available later in the year.
Alpha leadership review:
New Career and Development bulletin board
----------------------------------------------------------
Peter has started what looks like its going to be an excellent new bulletin board. It's fairly virgin at the moment so you may like to be one of the first to ask a question or post a comment.

Some good some less good - don't be surprised if you hear some rather interesting beliefs as you walk round. I'm speaking on "Improving Sales, Enjoyably" on Sunday afternoon. So if you're at the conference please call in.

Glossary of NLP terms continued - Pacing
----------------------------------------------------------
For those that up to now have some difficulty in remembering NLP terms I'm including one a month. Do not be concerned if they don't make sense yet. They will do.
Pacing is a method used by communicators to quickly establish rapport by matching certain aspects of their behavior to those of the person with whom they are communicating - matching and mirroring behaviour.
One of the tests of successful pacing is that you are then able to lead more effectively. If you've paced someone and then move, they will move with you if you've successfully established rapport.
