Sales video Review of Trainer training in Orlando in February The training was good for me because it enabled me to practice a number of new behaviours, with the back drop of Richard Bandler and John La Valle's powerful stories, supported by some of the best very best NLP trainers around. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to develop their NLP training and presentation skills to large audiences.
NB Richard’s wife Paula died shortly before the training. Richard carried out the training demonstrating genuine courage and emotion, weaving in stories about Paula and the realisation that life is precious. A unique and moving experience.
Review of trainer training 'Rapport' by Jamie Smart NLP trainer Jamie Smart has written an excellent short article on rapport. Well worth a read. Rapport article Feldenkrais audio exercise I met Ryan Nagy at the Grinder training in the UK and then at Gilligan's 'Trancecamp' in San Diego. He's looking to bring John Grinder to Salt Lake City next summer. Ryan is an accomplished Feldenkrais practitioner and has let us have a 15 minute audio exercise. Feldenkrais AUDIO exercise Glossary of terms continued Well - Formedness Conditions To make it easier to understand NLP terms I'm including one a month - They're a lot easier to understand than they may at first seem.
Well formedness conditions
In NLP, a particular outcome is well-formed when in is: 1) stated in positives 2) initiated and maintained by the individual 3) ecological - maintains the quality of all rapport systems, and 4) testable in experience.
A quick question set to explore these conditions is:
Is it something you want as opposed to something you want to avoid?
Is it under your control, or do you need others agreement?
Would you and those closest to you benefit from it in the longer term?
What specifically do you see, hear, feel and maybe smell and taste when you've achieved it?
Outcomes are very useful to help someone set a direction, and a direction will lead to action and learning - even if it's changed later.
