The power of our modular approach

----------------------------------------------------------

One of the pleasure's of training NLP is to see how delegates develop and change
over the course of a practitioner and/or master practitioner series of seminars.
Delegates who appeared to be unable to tell stories or present without notes
suddenly catch themselves articulating company or personal visions without any
props. Delegates who used to find language patterns cumbersome find themself
using them effortlessly without any (apparent) conscious thought. The time
between modules appears to enable most delegates to integrate what they have
learnt much more effectively.

The other advantage is that initially you only have to commit to a foundation
seminar to see if our style on NLP is for you, and to take other modules as when
they are useful to you.

Review of Stephen Gilligan's  'Trancecamp'

----------------------------------------------------------

I was really impressed with Stephen and trancecamp. About 40-50 delegates from
about 12 countries, made a good group, very worthwhile for anyone who wishes to
take Erickson hypnosis further.

We will be exploring some of the content in our hypnosis masterclass in October.

Short review of 'Trancecamp':

Hypnosis and business
----------------------------------------------------------

I'm always curious about my colleages view on hypnosis. There are certainly
times when any mention of hypnosis is definatly not advisable. On the other hand
I know a number of senior managers who are really interested - and I'm sure that
even a basic skill set can significantly improve your presentation and overal
communication skills.

If you're interested think of coming to our hypnotic masterclass in October.
We're particularly lucky to have Ariane Cap as a co-trainer. Ariane is coming
over specially from California.

Glossary of terms continued - State

----------------------------------------------------------

For those that up to now have been having some difficulty in remembering NLP
terms I'm including one a month.

State

The total ongoing mental and physical condition from which a person is acting.

State is one of the most important concepts in NLP. Your physical and mental
condition leads everything you do. One of the most important benefits of NLP is
that it enables you to explore how you can change your own state, and to
consider what would be the most useful state for any particular context.

Sometimes the most useful preparation you can do before you go into a meeting is
decide what would be the best state to achieve the outcome you want: Curious?
Angry? Powerful? Fierce? Supportive? Focused? It can make a significant
difference.
